Plastic Spurs is formed by legendary guitarist Dean Dee and well known performer and vocalist Peter Sneddon.

Peter, who was the 1992 Newcastle Rock Awards winner was once encouraged by Glenn Wheatley (Johnny Farnham's Manager) to create Classic Jack - The Farnham Experience Show which subsequently successfully toured NSW, QLD and WA in 94/95. Dean Dee was pronounced the most outstanding lead guitarist in 1988 at the Newcastle University Band Competition.

From these heading beginnings both artists have gone on to perform with many great artists,  continuing to further their careers and winning awards for their outstanding country music flavoured music performance style.

Plastic Spurs have just returned from performing at the 2008 Tamworth Country Music Festival where they were well received by their audiences. The guys played at 4 different venues and did a lot of busking, sold a bunch of  CD's an generally had a great time. Good news is that they have already been booked in for next years festival.
